Dei Verbum

A dogmatic constitution is a document ment to be given greater acceptance then and Apostolic Letter given by the Pope.Dei Verbum is the first major Vatican II document, also a dogmatic constitution about the Word of God! These documents are known to be in Latin by just reading the first few words of the document.
The second document was called the Lumen Gentium  which described the church as a mystery for which God is at work! This would include both the laity and clergy of the church,
