Light And Matter

The light when it hits matter will interact with it,it can be interacted in three different ways- The light can be reflected, absorbed, or transmitted. Absorbtion is wehn light makes things feel warmer. Transmission is the passing of light through matter! You can see this everyday and everywhere. The light that reaches your eyes is transmitted through the air. Light can also interact with matter in several ways at the same time!

Color Of Objects

Humans see different wavelengths and that's how we see light as different colors! The color is determined by the length of wave and when it reaches your eyes! When the object is reflected off a your eyes recieve the light, then it sends signale to your brain. That is when your brain interpres the signals as colors!
