Waves and Their Differences

How magnetic waves differ from each other.

Radio Waves

Radio waves cover a wdie range in the EM spectrum . This type of wav has the longest wanelength but he lowest frequencies in all of the EM waves. They broadcast many radio stations all over the wide range that the wavelengths reach.

Microwaves

Microwaves have shorter wavlengths but at the same time higher frequencies then radio waves. Microwave waveslengths are between 1 mm and 30 cm.

Both Radio Waves and Microwaves

They both  are used to send information over long distances. They both are used for many everyday things and we don't even know that!

Infared Waves

Infared waves have shorter wavelengths and much hugher frquencies then the microwaves do. It is between 700 nanometers and 1 mm that the waves vary. The infared waves are the ones that warm uo your body ona hot summer day, they reach your skin and that causes the skin to  vibrate, which heats your body temperature. Almost all things give off infared waves that include trees; buildings; even us humans. We can't see them but we have devices that can detect the infared waves.
